Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, discounts, and incentives provided by DARDA Sri Lanka Travel. By making a booking under any promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions in addition to our standard booking terms.
1. General Promotional Conditions
1.1 Promotional offers are subject to availability and apply only to selected tour packages as specified at the time of booking.
1.2 All discounts are calculated against standard published prices and may vary based on travel dates, itinerary, accommodation category, and supplier availability.
1.3 Promotional offers are available year-round, unless otherwise stated, and may be modified, withdrawn, or suspended at any time without prior notice.
1.4 Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, incentives, or special offers unless explicitly stated in writing by DARDA Sri Lanka Travel.
1.5 All prices are indicative and not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and the required deposit or full payment has been received.
1.6 All promotions are subject to DARDA Sri Lanka Travel’s standard booking terms and conditions, as well as airline and supplier terms where applicable.
2. Promotional Discounts & Savings
2.1 Selected promotional packages may offer savings of up to £550 per person or discounts of up to 25%, depending on the tour and travel period.
2.2 Promotional savings may apply to private tours and group tours, unless otherwise specified.
2.3 Prices are based on two adults sharing a twin or double room.
2.4 Single (solo) occupancy supplements apply and start from £445, subject to itinerary and travel dates.
3. Family Holidays – Kids Go Free
3.1 The Kids Go Free offer applies exclusively to selected DARDA 14-day Family Holiday promotional packages.
3.2 Up to two children under 11 years of age may travel free when sharing accommodation with their parent(s).
3.3 The offer applies to land arrangements only unless flights or other services are explicitly stated as included.
3.4 Additional costs may apply, including but not limited to international flights, meals not specified, entrance fees, and optional activities

1. Which tour packages are included in the promotional offers?
Promotional pricing applies to selected signature tours, including Best of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Adventure, Wildlife Sri Lanka, and Kids Go Free Family Holiday. Eligible packages are clearly indicated at the time of booking.
2. How are promotional savings calculated?
Savings are calculated against our standard published prices. The final discount may vary depending on travel dates, itinerary, accommodation category, and availability at the time of confirmation.
3. Are promotional offers available throughout the year?
Yes. Promotional offers are generally available year-round; however, availability may be limited during peak travel periods and popular departure dates.
4. Can promotional offers be combined with other discounts?
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or incentives unless expressly stated in writing by DARDA Sri Lanka Travel.
5. Do promotional package prices include international flights?
International flights are not included unless explicitly stated in the individual package description.
6. Is the Kids Go Free offer available on all family holidays?
No. The Kids Go Free offer applies only to selected 14-day Family Holiday promotional packages, as specified in the offer details.
7. Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
Depending on the package, additional costs such as international flights, optional excursions, meals not specified, or personal expenses may apply. Full details are provided prior to booking confirmation.
8. When is a promotional booking considered confirmed?
A booking is confirmed once payment/deposit has been received, and a written confirmation is issued by DARDA Sri Lanka Travel.
9. Can I make changes to a promotional booking?
Changes may be possible, subject to availability and standard booking terms. Any applicable amendment or cancellation charges will be advised at the time of request.
10. Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances and ensure peace of mind throughout your journey.
4. Group Leader Rewards
Terms & Conditions
DARDA Sri Lanka Travel recognises and rewards individuals who organise and lead group travel experiences. The following terms govern the Group Leader Reward Programme.
Group Eligibility
4.1 The Group Leader reward applies to confirmed group bookings of 10 or more passengers travelling together under a single booking reference.
4.2 The Group Leader must be officially designated at the time of booking.
4.3 For pricing purposes, the Group Leader is treated as an additional (11th) traveller, subject to these terms.
5. Eligible Tours
5.1 Group Leader rewards apply to the “Best of Sri Lanka” tour and other selected promotional packages as designated by DARDA Sri Lanka Travel.
5.2 Eligibility is determined at the time of booking confirmation.
6. Group Leader Benefits
Eligible Group Leaders may receive:
6.1 A 50% discount on applicable inbound land arrangements, including hotel accommodation.
6.2 One complimentary return economy-class airfare, subject to airline availability, fare rules, blackout dates, and booking conditions.
7. Occupancy Conditions
7.1 Single (Solo) Occupancy: Where the Group Leader travels alone, the applicable single supplement will be added first, after which the 50% Group Leader discount will be applied.
7.2 Travelling as a Couple: Where the Group Leader travels with a partner:
- Group Leader benefits apply to one traveller only
- One traveller receives the 50% land discount and complimentary flight
- The second traveller is charged at the standard applicable rate
8. Group Leader Reward Conditions
8.1 The Group Leader reward applies only to the named and designated Group Leader.
8.2 The reward is non-transferable and has no cash or credit alternative.
8.3 Only one Group Leader reward is permitted per qualifying group booking.
8.4 All group members must be booked together under a single booking reference.
8.5 Flights and land arrangements are subject to availability and standard airline and supplier terms.
8.6 If the confirmed group size falls below 10 passengers, the Group Leader reward will no longer apply, and standard pricing will be charged.
9. Amendments & Right of Refusal
9.1 DARDA Sri Lanka Travel reserves the right to interpret, amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer, including Group Leader rewards, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
9.2 In the event of any dispute, the decision of DARDA Sri Lanka Travel shall be final.
10. Confirmation & Booking Validity
10.1 No promotional offer is guaranteed until the booking is confirmed in writing by DARDA Sri Lanka Travel.
10.2 Confirmation is issued only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

5. Is the complimentary flight guaranteed?
Complimentary flights are subject to airline availability, fare rules, and booking conditions. Early confirmation is recommended.
6. How does the reward work if the Group Leader travels alone?
If travelling on a solo basis, the applicable single supplement applies, after which the Group Leader discount is calculated.
7. What happens if the Group Leader travels with a partner?
Group Leader benefits apply to one traveller only. The second traveller is charged at the standard applicable rate.
8. Can more than one Group Leader be rewarded in a group?
No. Each qualifying group booking is eligible for one Group Leader reward only.
9. What happens if the group size changes after booking?
If the confirmed group size falls below the qualifying minimum, Group Leader rewards will no longer apply and standard pricing will take effect.
10. Can the Group Leader reward be transferred or exchanged?
No. Group Leader rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
